Not a good place for people of color to work unless it's on the night shifts. White ppl make 5$ more than the black ppl && they play u on the bonus. The bonus is only 100$ extra on your check. No matter how many parts u make smh do the math n don't let these ppl get down on u. They are partners with la z boy,so don't buy anything from that distribution && they have a whites only bathroom in the front of the building. It doesn't say it but go use the bathroom n see what happens. They can only pretend for so long #Boycott
This job is for felons, addicts or immigrants. Nobody in their right mind would put up with this job unless you have no other choice.
Was going to give a 3 star but due to my conversation with HR they decided to take away my PTO and PML days out of my last 2 Weeks because I chose to leave. Based on the company not following through with there own policies and picking and choosing who rules apply to. Very disappointed because they have the potential to be a great company if they could just follow protocol and stay professional.
