Communication with First Pro Property Management has been terrible. There are some things I’ve addressed and have had to follow up several times to get a response. First, prior to moving in I requested to have a satellite dish removed from the balcony and I also requested that the unit be cleaned so we have a clean home to move into. The dish was still on the balcony upon move in and the balcony and windows and wall on the small balcony were filthy.
