Love that bank
Tellers are super friendly and helpful. But I hate the fact they're open at 9:00 a.m. and not 8: 00am. Being open at 8:00 a.m. would help a lot of people do their banking before work. I help my daughters with their banking at Huntington. But I can't see myself opening an account there when my bank opens up at 8:00 a.m. .
The staff are all so friendly!!! Best branch!
Tried to open an account, had to come back for appointment, showed up 15 minutes early to appointment, was told to sit and wait. Saw a lot of customer interaction. I gave up waiting in the lobby after it was past my appointment time, no customers in the lobby, and no reassurances that I'd be seen anytime soon.
