Same thing again called the credit card services to shut off my credit card, but they don’t take your call unless you can give them your 16 digit card number… so I called another number and then they told me I have to call the number on the back of the card, but I don’t have the card. I called the local branch and no one answered so I had to leave a voicemail so I might as well just be doing this on my own. God awful service, conflicting information, no returning phone calls, not helpful-steer clear.
