Entire staff is friendly and professional. Financial services advisor, Autumn, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Banking here has been a great experience.
Not handicap friendly. Both bankers were busy and the teller said that she could help me as long as I stood there the whole time. I explained to her that I have a condition of fainting and she said that I would have to come back for an appointment. I don't have time to go back and forth. I am seriously considering going back to 5/3 bank because they are so much more concerned about their customers safety and service. This is extremely time sensitive and this business needs to be done today!!!
