This company is an absolute joke. I was a perfect tenant (never missed rent, was never paid late, or anything). I did most of the repairs that were needed at the house myself. In return, they kept my deposit due to cleaning and mowing. I had the property cleaned and the house cleaned before I moved out.(Which was not done prior to moving in) I was in the same house for 3 years and maintained it like my own.
