UPDATE: This guy did try to contact me numerous time to the point of harassment. He was rude and very inconsiderate. Still 1 star review I first contacted this company to inquire about care for my mother. I did call late in the day around 4:45-5:00pm and the phone was answered by the owner, who explained he was at the baseball field with his son and did not have a lot of time to discuss details. I first contacted this company to inquire about care for my mother. Kevin is a great guy. Very helpful! He answered all our question completely. I felt he was not trying to rush us, but was truly interested in helping us. Ask him to tell you why he is in this business! Great service from caring people. I would highly recommend Firstlight Home Care.

My parents live in Dallas and I live in Illinois, so it is hard to make sure they are adequately cared for long distance. With FirstLight HomeCare North Dallas, they have totally taken away the stress from me! They come in twice/week for three hours at a time and help my parents with their medications, errands, doctor appointments, etc. What a relief!
