My wife recently had a surgery that required 24-hour care. We contacted FirstLight for help. They were very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, we could only use them for a short period because of Therapy schedules being very complicated. We had to stop the service through no fault of their own. I would go back to them again when needed. They were very understanding and Lori and Robbin were very helpful.

When Dad became disabled and unable to do some ordinary everyday tasks for himself, First Light Home Care's aides came alongside and filled in beautifully for us on days we couldn't be with him at home. They were honest, always available and on time. Down the road when Dad checked into an independent living facility, First Light was able to be there helping out again. God bless your company and the kind staff who served us so well!

By far the WORST and most unreliable caregiving company on the Western Slope!! Use ANYONE else but them. They CONSTANTLY cancel, they show up late all of the time, they leave early, and they can't keep employees. In the 4 months that they were here, we've had 8 different workers. There is only one that has been here the entire time and she's extremely unreliable. These guys have earned a "F". I'm very happy with the care provided to me by First Light Home Care. I especially would like to mention Daysha who does a superior job. She goes above and beyond what is called for. Her work is always above reproach. She delivers care with a smile and genuine care. Thank you Daysha! I'm grateful to you!
