Very pleased with the excellent care of the First Light team. These hard working people are committed, take great pride in their jobs, are responsible, caring, very professional and friendly. The communication and attention from our lead caregiver is excellent. So grateful for First Light.
Molly and the team at FirstLight Swampscott were wonderful throughout my grandfather’s final months. On only a few days’ notice, they assembled a superb 24/7 care team. Molly is exceptionally compassionate and maintains an impressive attention to detail regarding personal care. The aides were equally remarkable; Christina even helped him enjoy golf putting while using his sit-to-stand lift. We highly recommend FirstLight and are deeply grateful for the meaningful support they provided our family.
We have been grateful and very pleased with the coordination of home health care. The aides themselves are so personal and caring and want to do what's best for their client without jeopardizing safety.
