Tried two other companies in Louisville for Home Care for my dad before finding FirstLight. They have been fantastic. From the first time they came out to visit dad's house to the matching of a great care giver, I can't imagine a better experience.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! This company is now the epitome of disorganization. Their staffing pool is too small to adequately serve their current client base, let alone any new clients. You'll see a new face every week, and it is obvious that their caregivers walk in with no prior knowledge about what their role is in your home, so be prepared to explain your needs.
