I began working with Jerry Tribuzio in October of 2016. He made sure I knew what I needed to do has a first time home buyer, and worked with me all through the process. Jerry made the home buying experience a breeze and very easy! His informational videos were effusively informative and helpful and clearly outlined and explained the home buying process. Not only were his responsive always prompt but his open-door communication policy made me feel comfortable and confidence with all of the paperwork involved in buying a home. I will be forever thankful that Jerry helped me with my first home purchase. I had no idea buying a home was so difficult. Jerry told me the process can be long and hard but saying it and living it are completely different. Although he helped me a great deal, there are some things out of his hands. For example the seller and sellers attorney need to provide certain information/documents.
