The nurses are professional but at the same time personable, the receptionist is always smiling and welcoming. A good experience all the way around.
I absolutely love everyone in this office! From day one they have been welcoming, friendly, and positive professionals. The main people I interacted with were Bri at the front desk, the nurse Emily, and the NFP Patricia Hinrichs. When I came in for my second appt Bri didn’t even have to ask what my name was, she remembered every single time, even when it had been 2 mos. Emily is friendly and great at what she does. Thank you for treating me so kindly. When I tell you I have to have an IV etc in my hand or wrist you listened. You don't get cocky and want to try my arm. I've got nothing but good things to say about you staff. My physical too.
I have been seeing Dr. Sen and his staff for about three years and they have always been friendly and helpfull.
