Terrible experience. Made a new patient appt with Amanda Wendenburg at the end of July for October. 1 week before the appt, Amanda sent a letter canceling the appt and rescheduling it for a week in dec when I happened to be out of town. when I called to reschedule, the scheduler wouldn't see me until Feb. A SEVEN month wait. Amanda nor her staff ever returned my call/message. Dont waste your time go somewhere else.
Extremely poor patient care. The nursing staff and the office manager do not answer the phone or return calls. When pressed as to why I had to drive to their location to speak to a nurse for Dr. Ridley, I was told that they were ending our relationship. Whatever that means. I tried contacting patient advocacy and no calls were returned. It’s obviously a systemic problem of lack of accountability and care for patients.
