I've been debating for a while whether to post anything... I typically love First Health but I had a horrible experience with their primary care office in Raeford. Several months ago I had an appt. It took me a year to find a new primary that would not only take my insurance but also had an opening. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Terrible experience. Made a new patient appt with Amanda Wendenburg at the end of July for October. 1 week before the appt, Amanda sent a letter canceling the appt and rescheduling it for a week in dec when I happened to be out of town. when I called to reschedule, the scheduler wouldn't see me until Feb. A SEVEN month wait. Amanda nor her staff ever returned my call/message. Dont waste your time go somewhere else.
