I was in the hospital June 30 all the way until July 17Th 2026 due to below the knee amputation I missed my July 14th appointment I told Elizabeth ball that I was still in the hospital on the 14th they discharged me from her office I called today the front desk had an whole attitude with me🤦♀️
She listens well and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Ball is fabulous!!!!

I have been to the Troy ER several times with various family members and the staff today (11/05/23) was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They came in and did a bunch of tests on my daughter, which was great, then after waiting AN HOUR I pushed the call button to see how much longer it would be. After I asked them, they ignored me. 20 minutes later someone comes in and says the urine test is all the dr was waiting for. The urine test that they didn’t collect for??
