New Patients
I have been to the Troy ER several times with various family members and the staff today (11/05/23) was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They came in and did a bunch of tests on my daughter, which was great, then after waiting AN HOUR I pushed the call button to see how much longer it would be. After I asked them, they ignored me. 20 minutes later someone comes in and says the urine test is all the dr was waiting for. The urine test that they didn’t collect for?? Been a patient for years and now my meds are not available and they will not switch them to help my pain which is why I go to pain management.
