Everyone was so helpful. Had to talk to anesthesia to see if I could have my surgery there. Great bunch of people!
I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of this employee name Victoria Rouse/Locklear who I know works at Firsthealth Regional on Raeford Rd. While off-duty in our neighborhood on 04/28/26, she verbally assaulted me in front of my child during a, routine drop-off. Her behavior was aggressive, threatening, and completely unbecoming of a healthcare professional representing Firsthealth Moore Regional. This behavior makes me question the safety and environment of this hospital.
I rarely have to go to the hospital because it’s not my favorite place. However tonight sealed the deal for me, this is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. I sat outside for over 2 hours I was never called. I walked up to the desk to inquire about being seen. I was told that my name was still on the list, I the asked an estimated wait time.
