Attitudes are horrendous. They act like you are a bother by showing up.! From the front desk to labs in the back‼️
We see Dr Kirby and love her, but last night I needed after hours. I talked to Dr Townsend and he was wonderful. He calmed my nerves and I was actually able to get some sleep while caring for my sick child. Dr Kirby's nurse called today to follow up from the after hours call. They are a great practice and I'm thankful for them!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Monroe is a listener and that’s your concerns to heart.
The staff was really nice and did not take this as long as it did in the past.. great experience that day
You guys suck and don’t refill prescriptions like they say they will and let them expire and don’t return patients calls
