Dr. Grafenberg is there to collect as much money as possible within the window that he is there. I cannot make excuses for him anymore. It's a shame that with his level of education and experience he is cold, dismissive and condescending. He will not spent more than 10 minutes with each patient. Cramming patients and appointments. Dr. Grafenburg looks at patients like numbers. He doesn't care, also seems irritated that you showed up. The place is empty every time you go. He ordered an MRI and they found masiditosis. I asked him about it, his words "that's not why you're here". He said that everything is normal. Then 3 days later my ear is bleeding. Him and his team, never have to worry about seeing me ever again. They all have nasty attitudes. I would also like to say that they're running that place to the ground.
