Save your time, the receptionist who answers the phone is extremely rude and short tempered. If you come with a more serious issue, doctors here might completely dismiss it. We had to go be seen elsewhere to actually be diagnosed.
Walked in for pre-employment. Staff were helpful and worked to get me through the process. Please call to get information prior to just showing up for this type of appointment, (like I did). The process will go much smoother. Would definitely recommend.

I went to FirstHealth recently and had a good experience, though I was a bit concerned based on the polarizing reviews here on Google. I showed up mid-morning and got in with Alysa Young, a Family Nurse Practitioner, within about 40 minutes. Alysa seemed like a genuinely compassionate and caring person who addressed my issues and was quick with the updates in MyChart after the appointment. Took my son for a check up And everybody was really nice.. Our nurse practition was super nice. Customer service was excellent. I was pleased with my visit.
