12/22/2025 Brought my mom by today and had a wonderful experience. Ladies welcomed me in with smiling faces, very attentive. PA was thorough and caring. We checked in early and came back at the scheduled time with my mom not spending one minute in the waiting area. Thanks for taking a little stress off of my shoulders today! Good job! Much appreciated.
2 stars for kindness but 0 stars for the actual service we received. We were told our 15 month old was ok (“just something viral”) at 9am and 9 hrs later we were in the er diagnosed with pneumonia. The 24 hour swab for covid, RSV and flu took over 72 hours for results.
A total lack of professionalism.
I very rarely use Urgent Care, but today there was no other choice. FirstHealth was there for me and I am very grateful for their kindness and compassion in care.
My son was very sick and they were able to get us in and out in under an hour. They were very patient with his extreme anxiety
