You are a name not a number. Open door policy you can talk to anyone. Pretty much run the same area so when you unload one place you kinda know where you're going for your next pick up location. New equipment. About 95-98% all drop & hook no touch freight. Everybody is easy going talk & joke with you. This company is better than most I've been with.
