Firstep just took 20 years away from my daughter and her kids. Your program is pathetic as are your staff.
I think that Firstep is a place to find the maturity to start to recover. Firstep is not a hold your hand facility. However it is a great facility to start the roots of your recovery. You can find all the things that you have needed emotionally. A person you can look in the mirror and face. Friends. People like and unlike you that know the struggle.
