I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. My husband went in for a simple haircut and beard trim with Joel and left with one of the worst cuts he’s ever had. Despite clearly explaining what he wanted, the result was the complete opposite. His beard line is visibly crooked and uneven with patches cut into it, his mustache is lopsided, and his hair was not blended at all—there are long, uneven pieces throughout.
