Dr Badhan was great
This is my 3rd Rheumatologist. Dr Badhan is the best. She really took her time and was very thorough. I highly recommend.
While it took a long time to get a new patient appointment, it was well worth it. The doctor was very attentive, knowledgeable, and informative. She reviewed all the reports and documents I provided and discussed them, she asked new and different questions and helped it all make sense. I am grateful and am looking towards a more comfortable future .
The infusion staff is great. At my last appointment, I felt the dr was a bit dismissive, but gave grace as they were in the midst of moving the office. My two main disappointments with this office is with the insurance desk and the appointment desk. The insurance person files with my secondary first, and they don’t pay because I have primary insurance, or conversely she bills primary but fails to bill secondary. Consistently late for appointments. My last appointment here waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time and then stuck with a PA who had no idea why I was there.
