I wasn't expecting much from this place but was pleasantly surprised. I was sitting the waiting room, and farted really loud. I couldn't hold it in. I was embarrassed but the staff made me feel so comfortable they told me it's a natural human function and not to worry. I thought that was really cool. Only thing bad I can say is that I found a trudon candle next to the wall and I lit it up trying to cover up the smell, but the staff told me it was for display only, whatever that means, so I had to blow it out. This is the fifth time in 2 years that my medical keeps switching me back to first choice medical I've called twice now in 2 much and they told me that my medical will be switched back to straight medical the doctor I was trying to go to called me last month saying it was successfully switched to straight medical and scheduled me for today the 1st of February I go in and they told me it was switched back to first choice medical why does this keep happening I try to get through on a hotline nobody's answering the phone or nob... read more
