Only 2 injections in and I'm feeling MUCH better. Great friendly staff.
I have good experiences with the Dr, nurses and lobby staff. The main company does not have clue how to run a practice. I have had associates contact me at 10pm on a Sunday night to reschedule an appointment for the next morning. Also I was given 2 days notice to correct a referal problem. I was told my appointment was cancelled. I wish they would go back to the old management. I have been a patent for 4 years and this last year has been the worst.
I have been a patient at the myrtle beach location and the doctor who took over has KNOW IT ALL SYNDROME, SHE WILL TELL YOU WHERE YOUR PAIN IS. After all like she tells you over and over I'M THE DOCTOR I WENT TO THE CLEVELAND CLINIC, her credentials don't mean squats when she PUSHES HER AGENDA AND IGNORES THE PATIENT'S concerns. Her superior attitude and lack of care or concern for patients and her pushing procedures that i have had AND DID NOT GIVE RELIEF and are EXPENSIVE TO ME have made me HAVE NO TRUST IN THIS DOCTOR. I started here 27 months ago because i am a chronic pain sufferer i tried to deal with this so called pain management but these people are not managing anything for people who need help if you don't agree with them you are in trouble i am not going to lie to you if you enjoy being in pain you are in the right office they will gladly insult your intelligence at every turn and for gods sake don't question anything if you're reading these reviews don't go here
