We went in today for a BASIC procedure and let me tell you they knew nothing and did nothing. They made my ears worse and now I am having trouble hearing. The nurse practitioner, her name is Audrey Smith was way below unprofessional and beyond inexperienced. I am shocked that they hired her in the first place. Love it how they are with the kids and super clean and super nice they don't give you an attitude at all they where fast too but answer all my questions. Took their time
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have gone twice! First time was in December when my 4 year old got a high fever that went on for 3 days. My kids are AUTISTIC, they don't do well waiting especially my sick 4 year old. WITHIN 5 MINUTES they took us in a room, SUPER FRIENDLY, and we're able to help my 4 year old remain calm. The second time was this month when my 6 year old injured herself, again staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, turned on the TV and had Bluey on the screen which helped the kiddos be calm.
