I had an excellent experience with Dr. Beals. The service was fast, with no wait time, and she treated me with great professionalism and care. She carefully placed stitches, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Her attention to detail, kindness, and expertise made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend her and this clinic.
The Front Desk Manager received me with warmth and kindness. Dr. Beals was attentive, gentle and informative. I've NEVER been to an Urgent Care for myself and today was a pleasant and stress-free experience.
This is my first time going to First Care and I am so glad I did. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant, and multitasked very well. And I believe that Dr. Beals was extremely knowledgeable and that is what made my visit worthwhile. I will go back again and take my children as well.
Easy to make an appointment, convenient location, and very short wait. Doctor and receptionist were very nice and welcoming.
I had a 9am appointment and I made it on time no one was there yet… I called the number on my email I woman picked up saying I reached out to you to let you know I was running late it was 9:08 I said how much longer she said 15 more min I waited til 9:30 no one arrived and I didn’t get a call back either I just feel like this is very unprofessional so dnt book a 9am appointment u may never get seen
