Bill and Alli treat you (and each other) like family. We are grateful we get to work with them. They have been an important part of my son’s life for several years - providing and adjusting AFOs for him. 5 Stars I can’t say enough great things about this team!!! They are amazing to work with as they do both home and office calls to fit the clients busy schedule! MJ’s AFO and shoes are always perfect!!! Shoutout to New Balance for making tennis shoes that fit AFOs❤️❤️❤️
Such a great company! Bill and Alli are fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. We got our appt quickly and they even called and spoke with my sons dr before our appt to have a better understanding of what was needed. They also made sure numerous times that we were happy and ok with the type of AFO’s we were getting. When the AFO’s were ready Bill and Alli came to our house to fit my son and show me how to correctly use them. I would absolutely recommend them!
As a physical therapist I highly recommend this company. The employees are pleasant, professional and competent. They always go above and beyond my expectation and provide the best product for my patients. They are the only company I use!
Firstcare Orthopaedics is amazing ... they exceeded ALL our expectations! Our granddaughter needed an SMO and we were referred to Firstcare. I could tell from the first phone conversation that I was working with very knowledgeable and professional people. Bill and Alli came to our house to take all the measurements, put a "rush" on the order (due to our travel plans), and came back one week later with Addi's SMOs and a pair of socks and shoes(!) with thorough explanations for every aspect.
