I had my retirement account hacked and since I had some information on who may be involved, I was thinking to take that individual to the court. I came across attorney Stefan Stuparu from First Call legal Services who was claiming he can help me by submitting a memorandum which the individual has to reply, or we can take him to the court. He charged me $650 and the memorandum was very poorly prepared and I didn't even get any response.
