Jacobi is my favourite, every time I come in she makes me feel so welcome like I’m talking to a long time friend. She’s taken the time to learn exactly what I need and she’s always on top of everything. Im so grateful for her
Poorly treats the customers that aren’t high dollar. Had multiple issues with my accounts, debit cards being closed before they could even be activated & now having money withdrawn from my savings account without any reasoning. Honestly very disappointing but what can I say… It’s expected when they show favoritism based off how many comma’s you hold.
Whatever you do, do not use this bank to finance a thing. Especially Russell Law. Lied straight to my face. I went in and spoke with him. He put together numbers and I was happy. Went to the signing and he raised it 4% and put it on a 5yr instead of 10-20yr note so Im paying nothing but interest to the bank and have to refinance. OMG!! Crooks!!
Great bank they make everything so easy to understand. Claudia is the best she is so professional and speaks Spanish. 100% recommend 👌The only thing is the app it SUCKS always have trouble logging in.
They don't charge to have a bank account and they pay you a very small percentage instead charging like the other banks.
