Just a heads up Don’t ever use Firstbank Southwest. They will straight up steal your money. They took about $2600 from my accounts over night, and then closed them without telling me. In the middle of a pandemic, they stole $2600 from me. And then said they can’t figure out what happened and I’m just screwed without my money.

Great bank love the people and the service is wonderful. I am legally blind and they help me in every way possible. Would not bank anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

They're what all banks should be. This is locally owned and it shows through the traditional courtesy of its banking operations and personnel. I've always despised the arrogant behavior in all of the other banks here in Amarillo. The good and mannerly conduct here from the lowest to the highest level of management shows great and humble respect to all it's clients. Keep it up folks. You've had my business since 1986.
