I had an absolute wonderful experience getting a mortgage loan from this bank. They were very helpful making everything a smooth transition all the way to closing. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and her team of lenders were very helpful and supportive.
If I could give zero stars I would. Chris set us up for a home mortgage but apparently couldn’t qualify us days before closing, and after all the inspections and ernest to the house were paid. They denied us after signing contracts and taking money out of our retirement for this home. I should be making thanksgiving dinner in my new home instead I’m out almost $3k on a bad move thanks to this bank. Anyone who deals with Chris from here, know he will not help you. He will lie to you.
