I will never return to this bank. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, with all my accounts and payroll here. The previous management was amazing — respectful, professional, and always helpful. Unfortunately, today I had a very disappointing experience. I came in to deposit a cashier’s check — my own money from another bank — and the teller told me she had to speak with a manager to decide whether they could accept the deposit. 20 years with this bank and I have not complaints, very nice people work there..
Today I had a problem with the security lady she is at the door, it is disrespectful, she does not know how to say things politely. She yelled at me and treated me super ugly. How sad that a good bank has such rude people working for them.
