I got the letter that this branch is closing. I've been with this particular branch since its opening and Im so disappointed in seeing it close. I really do hope the employees are placed at the other 2 branches should they have the option. I've not once had a bad experience. They are truly some of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met.

I had issues with my account but Ashlie McNeal was a wonderful banker that fixed all my problems quickly and was very professional and polite. The staff at First Bank in Bartlett is superior!

The review is for the bank itself not this branch (this branch is really nice and friendly) however the company itself is horrible they closed my account, switched it to a prepaid acct and almost a year later I’m just now finding out
