The review is for the bank itself not this branch (this branch is really nice and friendly) however the company itself is horrible they closed my account, switched it to a prepaid acct and almost a year later I’m just now finding out
Stopped in to make a transaction. After talking with Ashlie for a few minutes, I decided I wanted to open an account. This place seems great. Real people, with real interactions. I’m so tired of my national chain bank and it’s policies. FB is just what I was looking for!
Ashley McNeal makes you feel comfortable and brightens up your day when she screams out first just to say HELLO😗😗 I called her after hours and she ready up and ready to go like she was still at work… thanks Ashley
