I just called the Dayton, TN branch where I opened the account at and I was trying to update my address and I after I was bounced around a few times I got some lady I think her name was Marybeth or Mary can’t remember but she must have been having a bad day because I was ok with the idea that I needed to come into a local branch to change my address but I was explaining that I got a bunch of my forwarded mail and it had a debt card in the mail and I didn’t request a debit card and she told me how it was my responsibility to ... read more
