Very helpful staff when it came time to change over some business accounts. I have not had 1 error, or any BS charges. I have used 3 other banks online banking apps. 1st banks is the easiest to use.
I love this bank!! The sweetest most adorable staff are always friendly and professional. I really enjoy this bank and they have awesome bathrooms too. Lol. My banking needs have been met with no issue and the response times are excellent.
