The 1st bank app is down and my card is frozen!!!! The app is trash.
Was told had to close my account because I sent money thru zelle and you can only do 2 transactions I thought I could do whatever I wanted to do with its my money !!
You would think waiting in line for 40 minutes would imitate some short of change with 1st Bank… but nope. Also don’t even try to call their phone, I’m pretty sure they don’t even know they have a phone because they never answer.
You would do well to steer clear of these frigging idiots I put proceeds from sale of my home and moved to Las Vegas they have done nothing but tried to separate me from my bank account since I got here won't transfer my money to an account here or even mail me a check and now there fraud dept is accusing me of fraud cockbags oh haven't received a bank statement this year
