This review is for PNC not First Bank which I loved. Very poor and rude customer service, went in to ask questions regarding the transition but ended up closing my accounts instead because of this. The onlt reason I did not give it one star is because the teller that was helping me apologized for the more experienced teller that was teaching her how to use the new system's behavior.
Was promised no fees for 1 year and only a $4 charge per month after the first 12 months. This was why I switched over from Chase. 5 months later I'm being charged $12 per month. You looked me, a small business owner, in the eyes and flat out lied. When I asked why you told me "because we have to stay competitive". I chose you because i thought you were different.You have lost my business and respect. GO TO A LOCAL CREDIT UNION! CUOFCO
