Transition from First Bank went smooth. Very pleasant and professional staff
We have been customers of First Bank and specifically this branch for almost 8 years. As Canadians, when we bought our RV place in Indio we wanted to have a US bank account to manage local billing transactions. They were great at getting us set up, and even providing notary services as part of their services to their customers, which saved us money. The staff are very well trained, and give you confidence that your money is being well managed. What more can you ask for.
Best staff. Very pleasant and totally helpful. Feels like you have a personal bankers on your side regardless of how small or big depositor you are. keep up the good work
