I absolutely 'Used' to love this branch/bank! UNTIL PNC took over! Run away! It's not even officially complete... Good luck getting ahold of anyone! 9pm I waited for the fraud department to answer- 57 calls in the Que and an 1 1/2 hours later I'm still holding!
This most recent visit Pleasant and they were helpful getting my checks from previous years. But after 23 years of never having an overdraft never being late on a payment always keeping 5 to 10K in my account, never causing A disruption in the bank the abruptly and unceremoniously informed me that they would not be continuing a banking relationship with me. The male assistant manager humiliated me by smugly informing me of this in front of customers and other Bank employees. He also refused three times to inform me as "why".... read more
