This agency doesn't know what end is up. I've been home from the hospital for 7 days, they first contacted me the next day, the first evaluation was done 3 days after that. Nobody since. I had a prior experience with these people and it wasn't good either.
it took 10 days after insurance company approved help to get a pt person to evaluate. Finally I was told an aid would be there on a Tuesday by one person and didn’t know why they didn’t show she emailed casecworker twice and no response! The case worker was unprofessional these people need to get it together!
