Lisa was a life saver after my total knee replacement surgery. The first agency was a no show when I went home from the hospital so I lost a week of therapy. Lisa stepped in and brought me up to speed. She knows her stuff and is so so nice but tough. I could never thank her enough!
In the past year I have used Firstat Home Health Services. I was assigned Nurse Sandy initially, but had requested her for my following surgeries. Sandy is a kind and compassionate professional. She was always prompt, has great communication skills and Sandy's calming presence was a tremendous gift during a difficult journey. I would definitely recommend Firstat. I just recently had open heart surgery. It was mentally a huge surprise to me. Pam was assigned to come to my home once I was released from the hospital. Pam is the nicest and most professional help I could have asked for. She gave me confidence in my recovery and was very knowledgeable on my condition and what suggestions I needed. Thank you Pam for coming to our home. They are lucky to have you!
