I just cashed my check there and it took a minute to get a teller. Then the lady didn't even give me the change? Like my check was just say $1000,52 I did not get the 52 cents! If she did this to everyone she would be making extra. I tried calling and they said they were closed? It's 502 whe I called they close at 530.
The employees at Firstar are knowledgeable and responsive. I love the Free ATMs Everywhere program which allows me to use any ATM with no fees. Great group of caring people, highly recommend!
