My finance company began using this company in the middle of my payments. I HAVE PAID OFF THE CAR AND CANNOT GET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY TO ASIST ME WITH GETTING THE TITLE!!! I financed this car in Florida where I’ve always resided. I received a 2 page notorized letter advising me to get my title, but it doesn’t say how or from who.
