Here’s my rant from a 40+ year member. Ever since First West took over all the small credit unions, service has gone to hell. Members in the past could contact their branch directly to solve a problem, that’s now gone. Instead it’s a 45 minute wait to a call centre where you may get someone who can speak English, if you’re lucky. We were encouraged endlessly to go to a debit card for all transactions “safer, more convenient etc etc” then came service charges for use, now it’s only 9 transactions per month then we get wallope... read more
