I was disappointed in my experience with the John Eagan father and son team. A few days after my boyfriend hired them I told a friend about our place for sale. I showed my friends all around the house and they were ready to make an offer to us. Sadly due to a contract already signed, I gave them Eagan's phone number. Not only were they the realtor of my boyfriend's house, but they listed my friend's place as well. Michelle was a wonderful agent to work with. She was very responsive to questions asked and worked hard to market our land for sale. When we received an offer, she helped us go through everything making sure we received the best offer possible. We would highly recommend Michelle as an agent.
