Scotty assisted us with the estate sale of my Dad's Rio home. Would rate experience as excellent on every aspect of sale. He promptly met with us, established sale price, quickly listed, delivered multiple buyers on day one, handled all aspects related to closing, and accompanied me at closing. Sale was above listing price with a short closing date. Very important with estate sale. All this occurred during early days of COVID uncertainty and shutdowns. Scotty did a great job for us!
