I didn't buy or sell with First Weber but I was renting a property they were selling for the owner. I realize I didn't own the place, but my privacy was invaded multiple times while it was being sold. I was told there was going to be an "inspection" on my apartment and instead pictures were taken of my belongings without my permission and I didn't know they would be posted online. Im giving the Arce team 1 star only because they have bilingual “assistance” for those who need it… other than that they have NO interest in listening or caring about the buyers needs and wants, the only thing they cared about was making the sale of our previous home.. No effort to assist with questions and concerns on paperwork “just sign and return” FOR EVERYTHING.
