I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with First Watch Home Care. I’ve used many home care providers over the years, and they are by far the best. The care coordinator is wonderful—she is genuinely caring and truly invested in providing excellent service. The personal care I receive makes me feel safer and better groomed than if I try it myself. The caregiver is pleasant and thorough. The office experience has been great, very responsive to questions and any concerns. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs help with bathing or personal hygiene.
We have used First Watch for two years for the care of our loved one and have been satisfied with their service. Mahin is caring and takes the time to listen to the required client needs and sends the appropriate caregiver. Mahin then follows up with you to ensure that the experience was satisfactory. Their prices are in alignment with other caregiving agencies. Your invoice payment is typically due the following Monday (after service has been provided) and that is shared with you when you sign up for services.
We have been with First Watch since a few months now and we are as a family are so grateful for their exceptional service and management. They are very considerate, flexible and caring. Highly recommended for elderly and people with special needs .
