We have been living in this townhouse for ten years, the owners don't upgrade appliances and don't fix issues that arise in a timely manner. The ceiling fell in due to water damage from the upstairs bathroom tub holding water which they said was fixed but wasn't, they sent someone out to paint over the water damage. They replaced the tub but left spacing in the floor where the original tub was and never repaired it.
