I had such a great experience renting through First Virginia Homes! The whole process was super smooth and completely stress-free from start to finish. James was the absolute best part of the whole experience. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, and he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and awesome to work with. We moved into a house managed by First Virginia Homes in June 2024, and recently moved. During the time we lived there - from the initial inspection to turning in the keys - the staff at First Virginia was absolutely fantastic! They were always quick to respond to requests and frequently followed up after the work had been completed. Overall, working with First Virginia and renting a house under their management was a great experience - highly recommend them!
