We had an absolutely wonderful experience at First Utah Bank! From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. Aubrey Clay, the branch manager, was truly marvelous. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that everything was explained clearly. The staff was wonderful to work with. They took extra time to help me set up and understand my online account. The tellers and Janette were especially helpful—they’re the best!
